Testimonials
Sarah Chang, Lynda Turet and Kathleen Quirk, New York. April 2006
The moment we arrived, we were absolutely floored. Just steps away from cafes, bakeries, and bookstores... The apartment provided us with two
balconies to take our morning coffee, a spacious living room to read magazines and lounge on comfortable couches, and a fully equipped kitchen to
cook dinner together... There were many times when we decided to walk home from wherever we ended up in the evenings (it's that central of a
location!). We never felt unsafe while walking around the neighborhood late at night.
Mike Yong, Graphic Designer. Novermber 2005.
The Barcelona apartment is immaculately tranquil, and the sheer amount of balcony, both front and back were a great, great surprise. It made it hard to
even leave the apartment every morning to go sightseeing, as I got stuck just sitting in the sun and reading until late afternoon, with a nice cup of coffee.
It is situated literally in the middle of everything (sights, transportation, restaurants), in a busy, slightly upscale part of the city, (think midtown in
the 30s and 40s on the east side).
Corinna Harmon, ABC. October 2005
Apartment is ideal for two travelers, a couple, or a family. Elevator to pent house: living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms,
with a terrace with a view at each end. Neighborhood safe and lovely. Only a short walk to the metro, restaurants, Gaudi buildings. I enjoyed
the apartment very much. The weather was perfect some days and rainy others, and on my last day it cleared up and I walked to the beach and fell
asleep on the sand. I found a recommendation in the dining room for the restaurant Biblioteca, and of all the places I ate, this was the best.
YM & DS, New York. October 2005
We had a great time in the AAWW Barcelona apartment. The patio views are excellent - we could see Tibidabo, Montjuic and the Sagrada
Familia - and the location could not be better for anyone interested in Gaudi, good food and shopping.
Dale Blagrove, Intl Network Services. September 2005
The apartment accommodations were great. The neighborhood's surrounding cafes and restaurants were fantastic. It is conveniently
located to everything. And if you must know there is a Starbucks’ around the corner one block away. In addition to being centrally
located, the easy access to the Metro made it even more fun. I definitely recommend this option over a hotel. The apartment has all
the amenities of being at home. The views from the either of the decks are great. They are great to have cocktails before starting a
night on the town or air drying after a morning shower.

Oliver Yun, Communications Director. July 2005 The apt and
accommodations were excellent, absolutely great. The apt
was SO nice, so great to relax in, especially sitting out on the front
terrace. We loved the place and felt very comfortable in it. We left
a small token of thanks for the apt in a bottle of rioja, which is on
the dining table. Maybe the next renter can enjoy some of it. |

Mark Horn July 2005 I stepped out of the building and burst out laughing--I couldn't believe how perfect it was. I have already moved there in my overactive imagination... |
Professor Karen Nguyen Creighton University. June 2005 I had such a wonderful time in Barcelona
and would recommend everybody to go there if you have the chance. In addition, staying in an apartment
versus a hotel is much better. By the way, the weather was gorgeous and the sites were incredible. I learned
so much about the architecture as well as the history of Barcelona.
Monique Truong author of The Book of Salt, Houghton Mifflin & Damijan Saccio Co-Owner UVPhactory
Productions, Inc. February 2005 The Barcelona apartment we were offered far surpassed our expectations. It was not only furnished, large in size and equipped with
two terraces, it was in a great part of town within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona's greatest sights and restaurants. It really made documenting the city,
soaking in the culture, viewing the art and tasting the food Barcelona had to offer a real treat. The only bad part was having to leave!
